Brad Keselowski earned his third consecutive win Sunday in the opening playoff race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, but a fourth straight win seems unlikely as NASCAR heads to Richmond’s short track for Saturday night’s Federated Auto Parts 400.
Richmond is a level, 3/4-mile track that’s quite like New Hampshire’s and Phoenix’s apartment monitors. Drivers who’ve had success have been contenders in Richmond.
Phoenix and New Hampshire was visited by NASCAR after each earlier. From the desert, Kevin Harvick took the checkers, but Kyle Busch led the most laps. Harvick also won at New Hampshire, but it was Kurt Busch leading the most laps.

Keselowski finished 15th and 32nd at Phoenix and New Hampshire this season, but he has finished 11th or better in the last six races in Richmond. A top-10 appears likely for the No. 2 team, but you will find drivers more healthy for the short-track racing on Saturday.
